Every visitor is welcome here. We have summarized what you should know about our center in advance to avoid misunderstandings and wrong expectations as much as possible.
Fundamental things: We are not running a hotel; we don’t offer big comfort and service. Here everything is simple and without luxury. Islamic basic rules of conduct are applied. On the whole property smoking, alcohol and drugs are prohibited. Also don’t bring your pets.
Reservation: We are a small center with limited capacity; therefore it is necessary to tell us in advance if you want to visit us. Just to avoid that everybody is coming at the same time. If we are already fully occupied we can also recommend you other accommodations nearby like the Koschuta-Haus of the Naturfreunde (approximately 50 beds) within walking distance or inns 3 km away in Zell Pfarre. There you can find higher comfort if you prefer this, too.
Costs: The center is maintained with the help of donations only. Everybody is asked for a financial contribution for running and maintenance of our place. But there is no fixed amount per person and night. Everybody may give as much he can. May God bless you for it!
The Meals: We are grateful if somebody brings food with him. The meals are prepared and consumed together. Visitors help with cooking, cleaning the tables and doing the dishes.
Children: Children are warmly welcome. Parents are responsible to look after their kids and compensate for the damages they cause. The children are also welcome to join the joint prayers, but they have to behave correctly. The big praying room is a place for silence and contemplation, no place for running around and playing.
Working: There is a lot of work to be done in our center, from repair work to wood chopping. We ask you to help (in co-ordination with the responsible people) where you can.
Toll road: The road up to our center is our toll road. The price is € 3 or for the full year around € 15, which is recommendable if you want to make a few trips down to lakes or other places of tourist interest.
Telephone: There is no phone available in the center. Portable phones are normally not working properly either.
Last but not least: The whole center is private property, and is used to proceed together on our way towards God. Our sheikh has given us detailed instructions, and also we know from experience what is possible and advisable at that place and what not. Therefore everybody has to refrain from unco-ordinated actions, and the orders of the owner respectively the responsible persons have to be followed.
